How do I add a CNAME record with cPanel?

This guide will show you how to add a CNAME record so that you can use a custom subdomain to serve your mobile website. In this example we will be creating a CNAME entry for the subdomain m.ecoscrub.ca. We will be pointing this name to the US cluster of the mobile website builder. To use the cluster that is closest to the majority of your visitors see this article for more information.

1. Login to your cPanel account
2. Look for Simple DNS Zone Editor and click on it
   
   
   
3. Under Add a CNAME Record enter the details below and then click Add CNAME Record:
   
   Name: m.yourdomain.com
   CNAME: us.mobilewebsitepublisher.com
